Our Teachers

Each teacher in our studio is hand-picked with care—not just for their qualifications, but for their energy, communication style, and genuine passion for what they do. While some may teach the same class style, no two flows are ever the same. Every teacher brings their own rhythm, approach, and personality to the mat—and that’s exactly what makes our space so special.

You might find your teacher… or you might fall in love with them all. There’s so much to explore, experience, and enjoy here—and always a new way to connect with your body and breath.

Tilly

Tilly’s yoga style is intuitive and soulful, blending traditional practices with a deep connection to energy, rhythm, and the seasons. Whether you’re flowing slowly with intention in Hatha, building fire and freedom in Hot Vinyasa, or grounding deeply in earthy Yin—each class is a journey inward, guided by breath, presence, and heart.

Morven

With two decades of teaching experience, Morven Hamilton has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2008. As a YAP-accredited senior yoga teacher and trainer, she has guided countless students through classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher training across the UK and internationally.
——
Morven’s approach is playful, creative, and meditative, informed by her dedicated practice and personal transformation through yoga. Having overcome anxiety, depression, and breast cancer with yoga and meditation to help, she understands firsthand the profound impact yoga can have on well-being. Her teaching is non-dogmatic, inclusive, and accessible to all, encouraging students to explore yoga in a way that feels right for them.

Nikki

After exploring yoga for over 10 years Nikki has found a deep sense of peace and contentment in her practice. Time on the mat can support us with so much off the mat, increasing both mental and physical resilience.

Classes with Nikki are a slow and deliberate yoga practice in both Hatha and Yin disciplines, with time building up to and exploring postures, releasing tension and building strength and mobility.

Nikki is super hot on the therapeutic benefits and increase challenge of hot yoga. It is all about creating that little bit of peace in your mind, body and in your day.

Jo

This is Jo and she is our Tai Chi and seated chair fitness instructor. I absolutely love every second of our classes with Jo. As a career, Jo finds it very rewarding watching people getting fitter, week by week and more mobile, flexible, and improving their mental health.

Jo enjoys exercising, yoga, walking at sun rise, cycling, cooking, reading and travelling.

Jo trained in Tai Chi back in 2007 and has practiced Tai Chi in every country she has worked in (there are many!) and now is permanently settled back in the UK. This year Jo was accepted into an advanced Tai Chi teacher training in China. We wish her the best of luck and are so excited to learn even more in class from her upon her return.
