ŌMNI STUDIO — Key Policies

Welcome! Please take a moment to review our studio policies. They’re designed to ensure everyone enjoys a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Payment

  • Book classes and treatments in advance online, in person, or by contacting us directly.
  • Payment may be required at booking. Cash payments can be made on the day, but card details may be needed to hold your spot.
  • Prices are reviewed annually to keep up with inflation. Monthly promotions are available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours before the session.
  • Treatments: Cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling: Allowed for any reason (illness, etc.) with 72 hours’ notice. Payment transfers if within the same month; rescheduled sessions in the next month are half price.
  • Cancel without rescheduling? Full fee still applies.

Late Arrival & Doors

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class.
  • Doors close promptly at the start time. If locked, you may miss the session.
  • If running late, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you while respecting those who arrive on time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; full payment still applies.

Studio Etiquette

  • Keep noise to a minimum and phones on silent.
  • Respect others’ space and privacy.
  • Footwear: No outdoor shoes in the studio. Bring indoor fitness/dance shoes for classes requiring footwear. Barefoot is allowed where appropriate.

Health & Safety

  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
  • Participation is at your own risk.

Age Restrictions

  • Under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • Some classes or treatments are 18+.

Parking & Access

  • Parking is available nearby; arrive early to ensure a spot.
  • ŌMNI STUDIO is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.

Media & Photography

  • No photos/videos during classes or treatments.
  • Photos before or after class are welcome.
  • Promotional photos/videos may be taken with consent.

Retail & Gift Cards

  • Retail items are non-refundable; exchanges may be offered within 14 days if unused/unopened.
  • Gift cards: Valid 6 months from purchase. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Liability

  • ŌMNI STUDIO is not liable for injury, illness, or lost/damaged belongings.
  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
