Cancellation & BOOKING Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and your wellbeing is our priority. Our policies are designed to be fair to all clients while helping us manage our time and services effectively.
Classes
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Treatments
- Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling is welcome for any reason, including illness, with 72 hours’ notice.
- If your treatment has not yet been paid for, payment will be required at the time of rescheduling.
- Same-month reschedule: Your payment transfers to the new session.
- Next-month reschedule: You will pay for the new month, and your rescheduled treatment will be offered at half price.
- Cancelling without rescheduling: The full treatment fee still applies.
Late Arrival & Doors
- Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your class or treatment, as we may still be finishing a previous session.
- Doors close promptly at the scheduled start time. If the door is locked, you may not be able to enter.
- If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you—please notify us in advance. However, we must respect those who arrive on time and maintain a disruption-free environment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; full payment still applies.
- Excessively late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation.
