Moon Guided Flow
This is a yoga practice tuned to the energy of the moon’s current astrological sign. Flow through sequences that embody the qualities of the moon’s sign. Each class invites you to move, breathe, and align your practice with the moon’s cosmic influence, enhancing both body and spirit.
Pregnancy Yoga
This fully inclusive and supportive yoga class, suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, is designed to help your body adapt to the changes of pregnancy and prepare for labour. Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation, you'll nurture both your body and mind, all while connecting with a supportive community of other expectant mothers.
Holistic Hatha
Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and guided by mindful movement principles, Holistic Hatha is a practice for body and mind. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength work, postural alignment, body awareness, breathwork, and meditation — all designed to help you move with steadiness, ease, and awareness.
With 18 years’ experience teaching yoga, Morven (link to bio on Omni site) brings a warm, inclusive approach to every class. Trained in restorative yoga, mindfulness, and yoga therapy, she offers plenty of variations and support so the practice feels accessible and beneficial for all bodies — whether you’re a seasoned yogior just beginning your journey.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow incorprates the stillness of Traditional Hatha and the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow. Beginner accessible and plenty of opportunity to both challenge or ease off depending on what you need from your practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a still practice where students hold passive postures for a length of time. This grounding practice is a beautiful way to connect deeper to your practice and self. Beginner accessible.
Stretch + Flex
Pilates is a practice deepply rooted in supporting core strength and lengthening of muscles. Our approach to pilates is meditative and you are sure to feel a phyisical workout from this class.
Hot Yoga || Vinyasa Flow
Move like water, flow with fire. In this heated vinyasa class, Tilly guides you through a creative sequence of postures that feel fluid, graceful, and almost dance-like. Each transition is designed to challenge your balance, build strength, and unlock a sense of rhythm in your body.
Expect to sweat, sway, and leave feeling both energised and centered.
Ignite & Align || Hot Yoga
Step into the heat and discover the power of stillness. Ignite & Align is a dynamic hot yoga class designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. Through intentional postures held in the warmth of the room, you’ll build strength, deepen flexibility, and sculpt lean muscle while cultivating calm presence.
Hot Yoga || Core Fire Flow
Turn up the heat and fire up your center. Core Fire Flow is a hot yoga class designed to ignite your abs, build strength, and test your endurance through a dynamic blend of flowing sequences and focused core work.

Tai Chi
A calming yet energising Tai Chi session designed to bring balance, focus, and fluidity to both your body and mind. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that uses slow, controlled movements to improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Warm Restorative

Yoga For Kids
Yoga for kids helps improve flexibility, strength, focus, and emotional balance, while fostering confidence, relaxation, and better sleep. Our Kids Yoga Classes are term-time and split into two groups: Tiny Treet for 4-8 years, and RIsing Oaks for 9-12 Years.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a gentle vinyasa practice designed to soothe the nervous system and prepare you for rest, restoration, and balance throughout the day ahead. This class is accessible for both beginners and seasoned yogis, offering space to move mindfully, connect with the breath, and flow with ease.
Zumba
Dance your blues away and shake your stuff! This fun, high impact and high intestity workout is the ultimate mood booster and calorie burner. We focus on body positivity and education on the history and culture of dance styles.
Breathe + Bond
Breathe + Bond – a nurturing Mama & Baba community class that combines gentle movement and meditation with your little one. Enjoy a safe, supportive environment where you can connect, move, and breathe together, fostering closeness while caring for yourself and your baby.
