Yin Yoga

Yoga For Kids
Yoga for kids helps improve flexibility, strength, focus, and emotional balance, while fostering confidence, relaxation, and better sleep. Our Kids Yoga Classes are term-time and split into two groups: Tiny Treet for 4-8 years, and RIsing Oaks for 9-12 Years.

This fully inclusive and supportive yoga class, suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy, is designed to help your body adapt to the changes of pregnancy and prepare for labour. Zumba
