How we work

We bring fitness, mindfulness, and community together in our gorgeous Weston-super-Mare studio. All abilities are welcome, with a wide range of classes designed to suit every body and every level.

We’re proud to be the only hot yoga enabled studio in a 30 mile radius, offering a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else nearby.

Alongside our movement classes, we host sound healing events and provide a calming treatment space for massage therapy and other complementary therapies.

Our mission is simple: to create a space where you can move, heal, and feel your best.

WHAT WE DO

We ensure you are cared for from the moment you arrive. Take time to settle on your mat and find stillness before class, or relax in reception and connect with others before and after practice.

Beyond classes, we offer a range of courses and events designed to be experienced together.

Community is at the core of ŌMNI. Bringing people together in a shared space is what has been missing for too long—and it’s what defines our studio.

We are proud to be the only hot yoga studio within a 30-mile radius.

Our space has been described as a retreat—from the lighting and décor to the calming aromas. Every detail is designed to provide a restorative environment where you can step away from daily stresses.
